From Slate to Glass

There are landscapes that can be understood with the eye, but also with a glass of wine. This tasting is an invitation to explore different wine-growing regions united by one common element: the presence of slate. We will discover how this rock expresses itself in diverse territories and how the climate, grape varieties and viticulture shape its character. A journey through landscapes that share the same starting point but produce wines with their own identities. This tasting will be led by Esther Pujol, cultural manager and sommelier, founder of the Territori Pissarra project.
