A tasting of Corpinnat base wines

The 13 wineries that make up the collective brand of sparkling wines Corpinnat host the third edition of Tast de Vins Base to taste the base wines of the 2024 vintage, both single varietals and blends. University Conference on Organic Wine

Álvaro Martínez (Marqués de Riscal), Rafael García (Vitis Navarra) and Doctor in Ecology Francisco Javier Fernández San Juan will speak at this conference that promotes the scientific dissemination of environmentally-engaged viticulture, as well as the sustainable production of quality oenological products and the promotion of their responsible consumption. The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion with all the speakers, chaired by Antonio T. Palacios, professor of Sensory Analysis at the University of La Rioja. In addition, on 21 February, participants will visit the facilities of La Alcoholera in Cenicero, which produces organically certified distillates from vines.

Vivan Los Vinos de Madrid
