This is probably my favourite in the producer’s range, made with grapes dried indoors for one month and a half to attain around 250g of sugar per litre. Complex nose full of Muscat character with evocative orange blossom and orange zest aromas. A clearly critic, delineated palate with vibrant acidity leading to a very long finish. This is still a baby: some months in bottle will help to integrate the sugar. A fantastic wine. 17.5 points
